If the need arises then we have to compare ourselves and it's okay being vulnerable. At the same time, we must respect ourselves along with others.
In the next session, he laid stress on school-based planning. He focused upon teaching-learning processes, school classroom environment, academic support to students and teachers, midday meal and other supportive schemes, infrastructure, need-based fund, and allocation, and various process indicators. Further, he mentioned the school-community linkage including local culture, art, music, etc. He highlighted the importance of planning with the famous saying "if you don't have a plan, you are planning to fail !"

The session after lunch was focused on resource management. Dr. Sanjeev Rai shared a short film titled "the other pair" so that the participants are able to understand the topic easily. "What is useless for someone could be useful for others" was the theme covered in the film. Other areas covered in this session were - meeting and documentation, the barriers of meeting, and essential ingredients of an effective meeting. Dr. Rai suggested the participants take time and take care while drafting something. He also suggested that in order to get the desired outcomes, our agendas and objectives must be clear.
